- Reservation is guaranteed and valid till the check-out time of the 1st day of reservation if the reservation is prepaid by credit card, by bank or by cash. Otherwise the reservation is unguaranteed. If a guest hasn’t come to the hotel till 18:00 and doesn’t inform the hotel about his late check-in, then the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation after 18:00 of the check-in day.
- Guaranteed reservation is assigned to a guest till 07:00 a.m. of the day after check-in day. If the reservation is guaranteed, but a guest hasn’t come without informing the hotel 24 hours before the day of check-in, the hotel charges the sum equivalent to the price of the room (for the 1-st day of reservation) as a fine.
